A ‘Just Because’ Shoot – Fashion Meets Indian Roots (Prospect Park, New York)

Ratika originally wanted me to do a photoshoot of her and her husband… just a love shoot. However, because of conflicting schedules, she then decided to do a shoot of just her. Here is Ratika standing in what looks to be wilderness but is actually Prospect Park.

Here she is smiling her beautiful natural smile. Ratika wanted to wear an Indian sari for this portrait shoot, which I was very excited about.

We decided it would be a good idea to change clothes a few times (Ratika definitely rubs me as a fashionista) so she slipped into another gown, which I think worked very well with the surroundings.
