Family Photography (DUMBO, Brooklyn)
Meet Christina and her husband Charles. Christina is a huge photography enthusiast who turned to me in hopes of finding “their” photographer. She emailed me with the following:
“My husband and I are obsessed with art and photos and we are looking for “our” photographer.” For this shot I wanted soft, fuzzy, sunny lighting so I shot them against the sun.
She photographs amazingly, as you can see. They were both very comfortable in front of the camera.
Christina and Charles having fun on the grass.
And again, I’m bad with directions, so that is either the Brooklyn bridge or the Williamsburg bridge in the background. As usual, feel free to comment below if you know what bridge this is.
I love graffiti, and thankfully they did too : )
But wait, that’s not all. They also have an adorable baby. Here they are actually sitting on a swingset on the playground in the Brooklyn Bridge Park.
Some familial photojournalism. These kinds of photos remind me of Russia for some reason and the type of family photos we had when I was growing up.
Walking away. How cute are they?
