Sophie in a teal sea

Here is Sophie. She just turned 1. I loved the vibrant colors of her grandmother’s apartment, as well as the amazing shade of teal that her father and uncle were wearing – I’m pretty sure that was not planned. Here are some favorites from the birthday party.

I’m usually not a fan of these kinds of posed, smiley pictures, but first of all, I realize that people do expect them and want them, and second, I loved the teal surrounding Sophie.
