Preparing for the Shoot

Her

  • Hair should be as perfect as you can possibly get it! (Try to eliminate any frizzies and make your hair weather-ready, in case it’s windy : ) Hair seems to be a very common complaint when people get their pics back.
  • Eyelashes – the bigger the better (fake eyelashes are encouraged : )
  • Clothing: Should be fitted.
  • Clothing: Dark tones (or tones that are far away from your skin color). Stay away from stripes or too much pattern. Feel free to wear something neutral with a splash of color.
  • Shoes: Can be fun and bright
  • Makeup: should lean a little towards the heavier side, feel free to bring some with you to touch up.

Him:

  • Clothing: Should be fitted.
  • Clothing: Dark tones (or tones that are far away from your skin color). Stay away from stripes or too much pattern.
  • Shoes: Can be fun and bright
  • Hair: make sure your hair (and facial hair if you have any) are as neat and as styled as possible.

 

Note: I will probably carry your bag and accessories when I’m shooting you, so please don’t bring any heavy suitcases
